As Office Administrator & Assistant to Mark Richards, I support the firm however necessary. These tasks include preparing for client and prospect meetings and ensuring continuity of communication between team members.

I joined The Madison Group in 2008 as a part-time transcriptionist and have taken on additional roles and responsibilities over the last decade. I enjoy working with a team of dedicated professionals who have supported me in my professional growth. Prior to joining the firm, I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1982.

As Office Administrator & Assistant I’m responsible for:

  • Handling day-to-day office operations, including facility management, mail, inventory and more
  • Scheduling meetings, calls and managing the firm calendar
  • Doing transcriptions and marketing research
  • Processing database entry and electronic filing

When not at work, I love spending time with my husband and friends and taking part in church related activities and service projects, such as visiting the elderly. My hobbies include gardening, DIY projects and making crafts. My husband and I enjoy traveling in our Airstream travel trailer throughout Colorado, and other states, when possible during the summer months. My greatest joy outside of my two children is being a grandmother to five beautiful grandchildren.
