As a Client Service Associate at The Madison Group I’m challenged on a daily basis, working in an environment that demands excellence and commitment to our clients. I know that at the end of the day we’ve done all we can to help support the family and business legacies our clients intend to leave.

I joined The Madison Group in 1998. My key role is to support marketing, case design and client service teams. Over the years, I’ve developed close client and advisor relationships, working in collaboration with members of M Financial Group, our partner carriers and professionals.

Prior to joining the firm, I received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Education in 1991 from Black Hills State University, in Spearfish, South Dakota and later worked as a high school teacher. I have enjoyed and benefited from learning our industry from the ground up.

As a Client Service Associate I’m responsible for:

  • Researching, illustrating and modeling product and portfolio options
  • Analyzing product options and solutions
  • Modeling of initial plan design
  • Inforce client services, including portfolio reviews, replacement evaluation and general policy administration
  • Re-evaluating insurance portfolios
  • Developing prospect and client presentations

My passion for helping people extends beyond the office. My sons and I enjoy sharing random acts of kindness with others. My goal is to teach my children — and hopefully others — that we can impact our community and even the world one kind act at a time. I also enjoy spending time with my family while camping, fishing and exploring the outdoors.
